Implementing a new agency tool or process can often be a big upheaval for staff – change can be difficult! As part of our project management methodology, we pay particular attention to how your staff will react and what it will mean for them. We will work with you to plan how to showcase the benefits of the change to your staff, improving how they work. We will collaborate with any external suppliers involved to ensure an effective training programme.
Communicating change to your clients takes careful planning and consideration. Depending on the change, a quick email or phone call may suffice. Sometimes, however, you may need to craft a comprehensive communication plan, segmented by persona. We will work with you to formulate the change management strategy for your clients and draft all necessary collateral to implement any new technology or process completely seamlessly.
Whether you have a large team on the project or just one individual, it’s important to define roles and responsibilities. As part of the project kick off, we undertake RACI planning to identify individuals who are responsible or accountable for doing the work, or those who need to be consulted or simply informed. The RACI is regularly referred to when allocating tasks to ensure work is being managed both efficiently and correctly.
All our projects are supported by a project tracker which will highlight key deliverables and milestones, roles and responsibilities of project group members, risks and opportunities and a detailed action log. Project alignment calls will be planned to suit your team’s resources and availability, but typically for larger/complex projects, we will conduct weekly meetings to ensure measurable progress, with separate workshops planned as needed. At the successful completion of a project, a conclusion report will be delivered.
